Peter graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in Biomedical Engineering (Electrical Engineering concentration). He minored in Mathematics and Natural Science (Pre-Medical). As a grant-funded project, Peter developed an Electrocardiograph (EKG) Telemetry System, a wireless heart monitor abiding with FCC doctrine to be used in hospitals and health care facilities to transmit vital patient data to a nearby receiver, permitting greater patient mobility and increased comfort.
 
Since joining Moyes & Co. in 1998, Peter has been responsible for implementing an information technology strategy including the expansion of the moyesco.com IT systems and development of the global GIS systems. He manages the development of a multilateral software package including a .NET data visualization, reporting & CRM windows application, and ASP.NET website. The spatial systems were developed with ESRI's ArcInfo, ArcSDE, ArcIMS. These integrated systems deliver high-level querying of the relational SQL data to geographically displaying with spatial data in order to match appropriate business partners with projects and facilitate the design and implementation of project business plans.
 
Peter manages the multi-national IT and GIS groups. He has successfully structured the team overcoming traditional cross-collaboration barriers established between IT and GIS departments. Additionally, he is responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the global multi-office infrastructure with all web servers, database servers, GIS servers, file servers, domain servers and MS Exchange e-mail servers hosted inhouse.
 
Peter has also been involved in developing spreadsheet economic models to facilitate business planning. He has experience modeling the 2nd draft 2002 Mexican Multiple Service Contract (MSC) on offer to foreign contractors in the Burgos Basin. He has also been involved in modeling onshore Gabon fiscal contracts.
 
Peter is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Petroleum Engineers Club - Dallas, Dallas Geological Society (DGS) International, Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) and Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA).
 
Peter is proficient in English, Slovak and communicative Arabic and has traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East.
